Rice Krispie Christmas Puddings

Ingredients:

200 grams (approx. 1.5 cups) Cadbury Milk Chocolate bar, melted (sold as Cadbury Dairy Milk in the US)

½ box Rice Krispies

Butter Cream or Vanilla Icing

Cherries or Red M&Ms

Cling Film (Saran Wrap)
Steps:

  • Cut chocolate into small pieces and melt in a microwave or double boiler.
  • Add Rice Krispies and mix well.
  • Place a tablespoon full in cling film (Saran Wrap) and shape into a ball.
  • Set in fridge/freezer (10mins).
  • Decorate with icing and top with small, cut up cherry or a red M&M.
