When we caught up with Lauren this month, we wanted to know how a mother of two-year-old triplets gets her girls eating healthy. It turned out to be a lot easier than we thought, thanks to some little refined palates.
Joe and I are extremely fortunate with the girls eating habits. Since they were able to eat we have made fruits and vegetables a big part of their diet. I believe that is why they have a great appetite for both. And, they actually prefer having fruit over a cookie! As for vegetables, they always have one or two different veggies with their dinner. Carrots, string beans, and lima beans are among their favorites. Overall, their diet is very well balanced and they absolutely love to eat!
