Let's face it, most of us watch too much television. But, the endless hours kids spend in front of the TV is growing. Separate your kids from the screen by taking control. Set a limit to when your child can watch TV, how long they can watch it for and what programs are suitable for their age group. And never leave the television on when no one's watching it!
