Homemade Baby Food

Whether you're putting together dinner for the week or just for the night, set aside a portion of the basics like chicken, vegetables, fruit, and, before adding any seasoning, cook it separately. Steam the veggies until they're soft and mushy, boil the chicken and shred it up. Put both in a blender to smooth it out. Then, freeze in either ice cube trays or store in the fridge in individual containers. Do the same with cut up fruit and you the basics ready to go for your baby/toddler's dinners.
