Need to Pack On The Pounds..
Not me.. the kids! LOL
As some of you know, we're the proud foster (to adopt) parents of (almost) five year old twins (boy/girl). They have been w/ us since January and we have worked diligently to feed them healthy, quality meals. They are very small for their age (because of an unhealthy diet in their previous life) and we're totally playing catch up. Every meal and snack count.
Getting my 2 1/2 year old in his car seat
Sometimes he's a gem, other times he is just plain horrid ... screaming, kicking and occasionally if I get my face or fingers too close - biting. Does anyone have any tips??

I'm having an issue with my 6 yr old that I'm not sure what to do with. He has a penchant for drama, and can be quite a bit like a teen girl with pms when he's tired. Hes also very smart and can be manipulative, and is very intense so that everything he feels and does is to the nth degree. Lately when he's been getting into trouble and is sitting in his bedroom or in time out, I'll hear him saying, "I want to die, I want to die..." over and over again, loud enough for the whole house to hear.

Hi Everyone, my 12mths old girl doesn't like to have nap at daytime. Every time we put her in the cot, she will kick the cot and standing to cry or scream in the cot, until you pick her up. I and my husband don't know what to do with that ? Thanks

Hi Jo and everyone.
First I would like to thank you Jo for your show. It works wonders with my girls, they even watch it with me sometimes.
The problem I have is with my (step)son. I have raised him since he was three and in my mind, he is my son. At the moment there is no respect towards me, and sometimes to his mom as well. This seems to have been going on for a couple of years, but it is getting worse.
